 Prompt Response : The world has changed so much over time, there are barley any trees, everything and everyone has turned to use of tech. There are robots that do work for us, and they are even trying to build new and advanced robots.The government i would say has gotten a bit better but we are still at risk of losing a lot, the millionares don´t care about the middle or lower class. We work in plays where robots are the bosses and most times there is always a conflict. Most times i hope i could go outside and look at nature but then i rememeber we are cut off from anything that is related to natural, everything is build and tested, even the medicine and food.   Summary : Today in class we read and answered questions about a lesson before dying chapters 26 to 28. We had a sub again today because Mr. Rease was out again.   Reflection : From today ´ s lesson i worked on reading and coming up with answers from the reading.v

 Prompt Response: Dear, Matayzha you have strived for so much, and been through so much, and look you finally completed what you hoped for. Even though there are more goals to complete and more things to achieve as you grow, you did it. Handling the stress and hardships was hard I know but always remember to keep your head up and continue to keep going. I want to tell you no matter what loops life may throw you or the difficult challenges you think you can´t overcome you can, you´ve come this far without stopping Do t stop now.  Prompt Response : I think of creativity as something that can't be destroyed. Creativity is something that is always around us and something that can only change on the opinion and thoughts of our own. We use creativity in ever second of the day based on our personal traits. When I am working on a creative project I like to create themes based on the topic or who I am presenting. Once I have a theme I like to connect it to my research. I always try to use colors and words that highlight the theme of the topic, I go back to what I am working on and break it down into pieces that fit the theme and I then put it all together that I will be pleased with. I think one of my best projects has to be one that I did in Enviornmental Science, we had to do an assignment on species that are almost endangered and some that already are.  Prompt Response : I used to write a lot when I was in middle school, and the beginning of high school, up to my sohpormore year. I stopped writing because that was when I realized I had a lot to complete in this short amount of time that would impact my whole life. I got super busy with sports, and school that I stopped doing some of the things I enjoyed and one of them being writing. When I would write I would come up with story's, write poems , and I would write about my life and how fast it is changing. Now that I do not write I am a bit more stressed than I usually am, I am not as productive with my hobbies, and I ball up a lot of my emotions more than I think I ever have.  Prompt response : I don't i have never felt like this before, really only because i don't communicate with enough people to actually want to do this or do it. Even though i feel like when someone ask's me for advice or when they ask me a question that is related to something in their life, then the outcome of what happens will be different based on what i said maybe. Maybe like the time when one of my friends Mia, was telling me about this girl she likes and asked me what she does because of a situation that is making her have second thoughts. I told her what I thought was right, and know her and the girl have been together since last year and she seems happy.  Summary : Today was another virtual Day, so we had to read and answer some more discussion questions from the novel a lesson before dying.  Reflection : From today's assignment I worked on how to successfully read and go back to answer questions that are about the text. 

 Prompt Response : I think the only place I really feel at peace may have to be at home when i'm in my room, it's really dark and the only thing on is music or on tiktok. I really don't go to many places so being home is really one of the things I look forward to especially when coming from school or practice. The dark in my room is really peaceful at night for me because it's when I have time to think about my life and what I want to do with my life. I like writing at night in my room aswell because it allows me to break away from all my problems, resting my mind.  Summary : Today we were out of school as well but like yesterday we had to read chapters 20-22 and answer some short discussion questions with the chapters.  Reflection : From today I worked on reading and answering questions with the reading more effectively. 

 Prompt Response : I think the only time someones words left a really huge impact on me was when me and my friends where out, one of my friends had a boyfriend at the time. I was never really too much fond of him mainly because of his actions. They were talking about something and I wasn't listening or even trying to listen to the conversation, and that's when he said something to me. At first i didn't really hear him because I had my headphones on so I asked for him to repeat what he said. He said " I was just saying some people are too pretty too be so mean", when he said this I just brushed it off not putting to much thought into it but then I thought about it and realized he was being very weird, to this day I still think about it because she's still with him and he said it right in front of her and It amazes me how she never questioned it.  Summary: Today we were out of school due to the weather, but we were given the task to read chapters 16-19 and answe...

 Prompt Response : A time when I had to rely on someone else is when my friend was supposed to come and pick me up. I had needed a ride from school to home after practice. I was a bit scared and unsure of if she would be able to pick me up on time. In the end she did and I was still a bit nervous on the way home but after I felt like I could rely on her more often. Summary : Today in class we started a collage about themes and symbols from the novel, A Lesson Before Dying". Before I started this I was doing the discussion questions that came with the chapters 13 - 14 we read in class as well.  Reflection : From this assignment today I learned how to successfully find quotes from the text and pair them with pictures, in order for them to connect with the theme and symbol of the novel. 

 Prompt Response : One of the most important things i have is a locket my mom gave me that was her mom's, she gave me the locket on my 15th birthday and at first i was interested because of the appearance and the good shape it was in. Once she told me how it was given to her and how much it meant made me even more happy to have it. I never got a chance to actually meet my grandmother so the locket is one of the things i hold dear.   Summary : Today in class we started learning about how to characterize a person in any novel or story but we used A Lessen Before Dying. We took some notes on characterization and we started an activity about the character we had using ways to characterize him and get a perspective of him.    Reflection : From this lesson I learned how to efficintly characterize a character . 

 Prompt Response : I think one moment I had to step out of my comfort zone was when I went with my cousin to his farm to ride the horses. I was scared because it was my first time and the horse was way bigger than me and i was afraid of getting hurt. When i was on it at first it wasn't so bad, then he started to pick up speed, and that's when i started to feel my heart beat faster. This was one of the most heart aching things i did but i was glad i did because it was fun in the end.  Summary : Today in class we continued with A lesson before dying, reading chapters 10 - 11 then answering the discussion questions connected to the chapters. We also had to write a letter of advice in the perspective of Grant for an advice column on how it is working with Jefferson.  Reflection : From this I learned how to efficiently answer questions and find evidence connected to a story, I also learned how to correctly write a letter in the perspective of another

 Prompt Response : 1 . Make the stalls in Female and Male bathrooms private - I feel like it´s weird to have a crack in the stall door, and it´s much safer. 2. Close down most of the Mental Hospitals - I do not feel like mental hospitals really help the people that need it, instead they use them as a way to make profit and expand their names  3.  Prompt Response : One of my dreams that felt real has to be my scariest dream even though i think it was sleep paralysis. I was laying in my bed and most times i lay on my back to sleep, i was sleeping then it felt as if something had woken me up, i'm saying my mom's name but she isn't responding, then i feel something push down on me to the point where i can no longer move, and i look up and i see a huge figure over me smiling. I was screaming at this point and it started to feel like i couldn't breathe, then all of a sudden i could breathe and move but it still didn't seem real at the time.  Summary : Today in class we answered questions about last semester and some of the things we hoped for in the upcoming semester, they weren't that complicated. Reflection : From these questions i got the chance to think about any kind of goals and tasks I can learn and start in the year to better myself and my success in school. 

Response :  I didn't really do too much for the break, i did go see my family in Alabama though so that was one thing that I was looking forward to doing, I did some shopping for myself as well. I think some goal that I want to achieve this year is being able to become more involved with stuff in school and out of school, mainly so it can look good on my record for colleges, I want to find a good job that will support me financially so I won't have to continue to ask others, I want to succeeded in all the supports I do, I want to really get my license and car within this year or the summer, and also want to finish this school year confident in myself. I chose these goals because I feel like they impact me more than it does with any other person in my opinion, and I want to push to do better at these things.  summary : I was absent  reflection : I was absent
