Describe your personal approach to creativity. What steps do you follow when you’re working on a project. Tell me about a project you created that you were most proud of.

 Prompt Response : I think of creativity as something that can't be destroyed. Creativity is something that is always around us and something that can only change on the opinion and thoughts of our own. We use creativity in ever second of the day based on our personal traits. When I am working on a creative project I like to create themes based on the topic or who I am presenting. Once I have a theme I like to connect it to my research. I always try to use colors and words that highlight the theme of the topic, I go back to what I am working on and break it down into pieces that fit the theme and I then put it all together that I will be pleased with. I think one of my best projects has to be one that I did in Enviornmental Science, we had to do an assignment on species that are almost endangered and some that already are. I can't remember the name of the animal I chose but I do know it was indigenous in south Asia. 


 Summary : Today in class we started a project for "A lesson before dying" where we had to either make a sound track, finding 10 web sites, and imagine that we are going through the trash of one character. From my presentation I chose to do a soundtrack on Vivan. 

 Reflection : From this project I can learn new and more information about many of the characters in a fun way, by explaining her and her life struggles through songs, and a small description.

  Today in class we took a test on origin myths, basically to wrap up what we learned within the first unit. Then after we were able to work on the presentations if we did not finish something.   While taking this test, I was able to notice and realize things i may have not known and some things that could refresh my memory. This test did indeed have some challenging questions but what made it easier was me being able to go back and re-read or being able to refer in my head to earlier times to see if i maybe remember something. This test and the lessons that I learned this unit can even help me with maybe future activity´s etc.      I liked the task for today because it was really chill and quiet. I was able to get work done for another class and finish my groups presentation.

Write about a place you never wanted to leave.

Prompt Response : Moving from my home town has always been a difficult thing for me to handle. As a kid i loved Alabama, it was somewhere i felt safe, somewhere i could do what I wanted and not have to feel suffocated by negative energy. I did not want to leave my family to create a new one with my mom and her boyfriend. Then as I grew older I realized how good of a decision it was. I realize that Alabama was so small and had nothing benefiting my life. Now I am open to many more opportunities.   Summary : Today in class we worked on a one pager, for the Ambush story that we all read on Monday.  Reflection : I learned from today's class how to successfully read and find the quotes, context for themes and vocab words as well. Writing the prompt also gave me a chance to think about my life and how it has expanded throughout the years.

 Today in class we took notes on the poem, ¨ Heart ! We will forget him ! ". This is another Emily Dickinson poem that we analyzed and broke down. Then we completed an activity to go with it, we had to draw things that represented both the mind and the heart then describe the two.     I learned from this lesson that having a healthy relationship is important and being able to start over is okay. I learned that it is hard to get over a person you loved, but if you keep trying and trying then you may forget the love you still had for that person. In class today it was kind of like learning a life lesson and then learning how to get over it and remain positive.  I liked today ´ s lesson because it was kind of like learning about life and how relationships can impact my life more than i think, but if i learn to get over it and continue doing what makes me happy i will be fine.
