Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.

 Prompt Response : I think the only time someones words left a really huge impact on me was when me and my friends where out, one of my friends had a boyfriend at the time. I was never really too much fond of him mainly because of his actions. They were talking about something and I wasn't listening or even trying to listen to the conversation, and that's when he said something to me. At first i didn't really hear him because I had my headphones on so I asked for him to repeat what he said. He said " I was just saying some people are too pretty too be so mean", when he said this I just brushed it off not putting to much thought into it but then I thought about it and realized he was being very weird, to this day I still think about it because she's still with him and he said it right in front of her and It amazes me how she never questioned it. 

Summary: Today we were out of school due to the weather, but we were given the task to read chapters 16-19 and answer some questions about the chapters. 

Reflection : From this assignment I learned how to successfully read and go back to a text to find the correct answer that is related to the questions given.
