How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

Prompt Response : Throughout the day, I make it a point to take short breaks, even if they’re just for five minutes. During these breaks, I step away from my workspace and take a quick stroll outside or around my home. I focus on the sights, sounds, and smells of nature and appreciate little moments, such as a bird chirping or the warmth of the sun.At the end of the day, I take a moment to reflect on what I’m grateful for. I jot down three things that brought me joy or contentment that day, no matter how small. It could be a meaningful conversation, a delicious meal, or simply the satisfaction of completing a task. This practice helps me end the day on a positive note and reinforces my awareness of the small joys that punctuate everyday life.

Summary : Today in class we did a run through of what the EOC will be like, we then talked about what our grade would look like if we passed or failed.

Reflection: From this I learned how to navigate through the EOC and how to answer my questions in a timely manner.
