Describe a time you couldn’t stop laughing.

 Prompt Response : The only time I can remember when I couldn't stop laughing is when I was at the varsity basketball game and me and my best friend and where making comments about a boy, it's not like we didn't like him but the way he dressed and looked was funny. She made a funny comment and I replied by saying oh yeah he looks like the modernized version of that one rock emoji. As soon as I said that she couldn't stop laughing, and me too as well, it was so funny and people were looking at us because of the way we were laughing but it was way too funny to stop laughing. That time is something I can never forget because her reaction is very unexpected. 

  Summary : Today we did not really have too much class time we had to go to the auditorium, to meet with our counselors to talk about college and what we want to do in college, after high school. 

 Reflection : From this lesson i learned more about some colleges that fit me and where i fit in a certain category, i also learned more about Dual Enrollment and when it sign up because that is something i want to look into.

Prompt Response : Moving from my home town has always been a difficult thing for me to handle. As a kid i loved Alabama, it was somewhere i felt safe, somewhere i could do what I wanted and not have to feel suffocated by negative energy. I did not want to leave my family to create a new one with my mom and her boyfriend. Then as I grew older I realized how good of a decision it was. I realize that Alabama was so small and had nothing benefiting my life. Now I am open to many more opportunities.   Summary : Today in class we worked on a one pager, for the Ambush story that we all read on Monday.  Reflection : I learned from today's class how to successfully read and find the quotes, context for themes and vocab words as well. Writing the prompt also gave me a chance to think about my life and how it has expanded throughout the years.

 Today in class we did 10 discussion questions about the story we all read, and if we didn't we had time to finish our presentations on the mural so we could then present Friday.  Today's lesson was easy and quick, so I liked today's assignment.

 Today in class we finished the creating claims assignment, that we started yesterday. From this lesson I learned how to write and create a claim for and against a topic. I will use this method when our next writing assignment comes up, or even if we have one in general.  IM HUNGRYYYY !!!!!
