Describe something you will never fully understand.

 Prompt Response : I feel as If I will never truly fully understand the meaning behind the concept of depression behind love. I don't understand how you can love someone so much but also hate them, and feel a felling of sadness once you mention or hear their name. I do understand that everyone has feelings and the feelings are different for all, but why does love something that is supposed to bring peace and prosperity create sadness and hate. Then It makes me question the real meaning of love, and how that is explained. 

 Summary :  Today in class we read and analyzed another poem by Robert Frost called, " Briches", after we read the poem, we came up with themes for the poem, we came up with at least four, we connected the themes with important parts of the poem. 

 Reflection : From today's lesson I learned how to correctly and efficiently analyze the poem, connecting the details to context and info i already have, coming up with themes as well.

Prompt Response : Moving from my home town has always been a difficult thing for me to handle. As a kid i loved Alabama, it was somewhere i felt safe, somewhere i could do what I wanted and not have to feel suffocated by negative energy. I did not want to leave my family to create a new one with my mom and her boyfriend. Then as I grew older I realized how good of a decision it was. I realize that Alabama was so small and had nothing benefiting my life. Now I am open to many more opportunities.   Summary : Today in class we worked on a one pager, for the Ambush story that we all read on Monday.  Reflection : I learned from today's class how to successfully read and find the quotes, context for themes and vocab words as well. Writing the prompt also gave me a chance to think about my life and how it has expanded throughout the years.

 Today in class we did 10 discussion questions about the story we all read, and if we didn't we had time to finish our presentations on the mural so we could then present Friday.  Today's lesson was easy and quick, so I liked today's assignment.

 Today in class we finished the creating claims assignment, that we started yesterday. From this lesson I learned how to write and create a claim for and against a topic. I will use this method when our next writing assignment comes up, or even if we have one in general.  IM HUNGRYYYY !!!!!
